Cem Mengi is a seasoned finance professional with a distinguished career spanning executive leadership roles at leading financial institutions in Turkey and internationally. He has served as Executive Vice President at prestigious banks including Finansbank, Interbank, Körfezbank, Rabobank International, and ING Bank, making a significant impact across the sector.

At Akbank, he held the roles of Chairman of the Credit Committee and Executive Board Member responsible for Loans and Placements.

Mr. Mengi’s academic background includes A Levels in Mathematics and Physics in the United Kingdom, followed by a bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems from the Faculty of Business and Management at International University.

Since 2019, he has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Saya Holding, leading the company with a vision rooted in innovation, strategic growth, and sustainable value creation.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Mengi has been actively involved in civil society. He has held memberships and committee roles in prominent organizations such as the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD), the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), and the International Investors Association (YASED). He is also a dedicated Mentor at the Women on Board Association Turkey (YKKD), where he supports the advancement of women in leadership.
